Semiconductor Science and Technology Highlights

Each Year a selection of the absolute best publications in Semiconductor Science and Technology (SST) of the yesteryear is provided for free access by SST until the end of the year. This year a review article by Prof. Reithmaier is included.

Criterium for approvement in the highlight selection is on the one hand, how often a paper is downloaded, on the other hand, how the scientific value is judged by the referees. In the highlights selection 2008 SST the article “Strong exciton-photon coupling in semiconductor quantum dots systems” by Prof. Reithmaier is included and can be read for free until the 31^st of December 2009.
