Nanostructures practical course

Summary:

  1. Characterization for nanostructured surfaces by atomic force microscopy (AFM)
  2. Nanolithography with AFM
  3. Photoluminescence- and transmission spectroscopy of nanostructured semiconductors
  4. X-ray diffraction on nanostructures

For every experiment you should plan approx. 1 week for preparation and 1 week for evaluation. The experiments take approx. 1 - 1,5 days.
